What Qualifies?

For a competitor’s price to qualify:

The product must be the exact same product, including brand, model, size, materials, design, and included features.
The product must be new and currently available for purchase.
The competitor must be a legitimate retailer or authorized seller.
The competitor must offer the product for sale to customers in the United States.
The competitor’s advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable.
Shipping charges and other mandatory fees will be considered when comparing prices.
The competitor must have the product available for purchase under substantially the same terms.

What Doesn't Qualify?

Our Meet or Beat Guarantee does not apply to:

Clearance, liquidation, closeout, or discontinued items
Used, refurbished, damaged, or open-box products
Products sold by unauthorized sellers
Auction listings or individual marketplace sellers
Prices available only through private offers, memberships, loyalty programs, or other restricted promotions
Coupon codes, promotional codes, rebates, cashback offers, or store credit
Prices that result from an obvious advertising or pricing error
Offers requiring the purchase of another product or multiple products
Products that differ in size, material, design, finish, features, or included accessories
Products that are unavailable or out of stock
Custom or personalized products when the competitor’s product or customization is not identical
