Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Flat Rate Shipping

Expedited Shipping
During checkout, you will have the option to select expedited shipping methods such as overnight or 3-day delivery. These options refer to delivery times and do not account for production time. Standard UPS rates apply, though we may use other carriers like USPS or FedEx depending on the product and destination.
International Shipping
We do offer international shipping upon request. Simply provide your full shipping address, and we will supply you with a custom shipping quote.
Please note that customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges may apply, and we are not responsible for these additional costs. We recommend researching these potential fees prior to placing your order.
We do not accept returns on international orders. Additionally, certain items may have shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product detail pages.
Production and Shipping Times
Most of our cremation urns are made to order, with production typically taking 2-5 business days, please allow up to 14 business days for production of our expanded and companion sized urns. Custom items may take longer. After production, shipping generally takes 2-7 business days, depending on the destination.
In some cases, we have urns in stock and ready to ship. If you need a specific urn quickly, please contact us at (458-257-7703), and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Delivery Methods
Ground Shipping
Standard delivery time is about 5 business days after production. Free on all orders.
3-Day Select
Receive your item within 3 business days of shipping, an excellent balance of speed and cost.
2nd Day Air
Delivery within 2 business days after shipping. Ideal for time-sensitive orders.
Next Day Air
Delivery the next business day, by 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM (depending on the destination). Please call to confirm production time for rush orders.
Next Day Air Early AM
For the earliest possible delivery (8:00 AM to major cities, 9:00 AM to most cities), available by phone request. Please confirm availability when placing time sensitive orders.
